To download the Henry Ford Rx mobile app, please visit either the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store where you can install the app on your device.
Once the app is installed, please tap on it and then navigate to Account. To create a new account, please tap on "Register Now" at the bottom of the login page. The mobile app and website are completely separate, so even if you have an account with the Web Pharmacy, you will still need to create a new account to use the mobile app.
Please note that you will need an active Rx number from Pharmacy Advantage before you can register with our refill services.
How our mobile app works is that it pulls information from your pharmacy's computer. In order for our system to pull that information, we first need to locate your records
Our system cannot find your record if the information you are entering does not exactly match the information the pharmacy has on file.
There are 4 pieces of information that need to match your records to create an account:
1) Spelling of first and last name
2) Date of birth
3) Prescription number
4) Pharmacy where prescription was last filled.
If you do not have any prescriptions filled with the pharmacy, you will need to contact them directly for the first fill and then once you have your new Rx number, you can finish creating your account.
